Build on their current capabilities. Equip by demonstrating. Not odds and ends from yesterday, but a strategy designed for today. Not to conform but to transform. ABOUT MARK CARVER

I have had the privilege of working in the non-profit, for-profit, and faith-based sectors, domestically and internationally. These experiences gave me a wonderful perspective on people, the workplace, and culture. In each of these areas, I have been a part of strategizing and starting up organizations and projects, along with leading or being a part of the senior management team.Having recently retired from Saddleback Church after 20 years, I currently serve on a few boards of directors in the nonprofit and renewable energy sectors, and consulting in the non-profit and church sectors. A current project is the development of a biodiesel and SAF production facility in Kenya.I am married and blessed to be the father of five wonderful kids and seven, even more, fantastic grandkids.
