I am an HR Director and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience across private, public and higher education sectors. I have held senior HR leadership roles including HR Business Partner, Head of HR and HR Director at Interserve Civil Government, Royal Mail, Dalkia/Veolia and others, where I advised boards, led large-scale transformation and delivered significant savings through organisational design.Since 2012, I have run my own HR consultancy, advising over 100 organisations. This work has run continuously alongside academic roles – I have never stopped practising while teaching the next generation. My consultancy work spans organisational design, operational audits, complex employee relations and TUPE matters, executive settlements and engagement strategy.Alongside my consultancy, I spent nearly a decade in academia. At the University of Leeds, I designed and delivered 17 CIPD and CMI accredited modules; my supervisees won the highest-scoring research prize in Management Consulting for three consecutive years.
