Helped validate and implement an automation framework for testing. Participated in quality reviews to improve the percentage of successful system network changes to production. Completed QA changes to production environment, was responsible for authenticating and validating approximately 50-70 changes per year, on time and within budget. Completed QA Certifications for EMV and Payment card industry, worked closely with developers to resolve discrepancies and adhere to duration and task estimates for enterprise projects.
