FHS providers enjoy both the challenges & rewards of working in rural environments with limited resources. Doctor Bolton is an experienced CEO with over 15 years in the medical staffing industry. After working for 10 years as a board certified emergency physician, Doctor Bolton founded a successful healthcare staffing company, Coast-to-Coast Healthcare Services (C2C). His love of the natural beauty of the US and passion for improving rural healthcare naturally led to C2C focusing on serving remote Critical Access Hospitals. C2C far exceeded the growth and revenue of most small businesses in the United States & served the healthcare needs of rural communities in more than 20 states for over a decade. Doctor Bolton now serves as CEO of Federal Healthcare Services (FHS). FHS is a 100% woman owned medical staffing company based in Columbus, Ohio. FHS also sends outstanding health care providers to medically underserved areas throughout the United States. Doctor Bolton\'s education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in southern California where he was also President of the Alumni Association Holding Fund in 2020.Doctor Bolton has received three master’s degrees: a Juris Master’s Degree from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia; a Master\'s Degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado; and a Master\'s Degree in Public Health from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. In addition to his civilian medical career, Doctor Bolton served in the US Air Force. While serving in the USAF at Wright-Patterson AFB, Doctor Bolton volunteered for two separate combat missions to Baghdad, Iraq (2003 & 2004) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Doctor Bolton was certified by the USAF as a Flight Surgeon & Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT) physician & after nearly 15 years of military service was honorably discharged at the rank of Major. Doctor Bolton achieved board certification in both Emergency Medicine & Family Medicine and currently serves as an adjunct clinical professor for the Kansas Health Sciences Center’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. Doctor Bolton is an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ALTS) Instructor for the Central Ohio Trauma System.
