Mark Bodnarczuk is the Executive Director of the Breckenridge Institute®. He was also on staff in the Director\'s Office of SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory at Stanford University from 2015 to 2025; in the Director\'s Office at Fermilab from 1985 through 1992; and in the Director\'s Office at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from 1992 until 1996 when he founded the Breckenridge Institute, a management consulting firm that focuses on organizational and personal transformation and culture change. He has over thirty years of experience working in the areas of basic and applied research laboratories, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, commercial construction, government, and non-profit organizations. He also has extensive experience working in the Department of Energy National Laboratories and the National Nuclear Security Administration\'s nuclear weapons complex in the areas of organization development and organizational culture.Mark has published widely in the areas of organization development and leadership development and is the author of over thirty articles and five books including, Making Invisible Bureaucracy Visible: A Guide to Assessing and Changing Organizational Culture; Diving In: Discovering Who You Are in the Second Half of Life; and Island of Excellence: 3 Powerful Strategies for Building a Culture of Creativity. He has also published widely in the areas of organizational transformation, cultural analysis, deep personal change, the Enneagram and Jungian personality typologies, and the life-long process of individuation and personal transformation in Jungian psychology. Mark’s latest book is a memoir entitled, Finding New Life After the Death of My Son: Grace a Forgiveness in the Age of Counterfeit Pills and Fentanyl Poisoning.
