Key Responsibilities- Finance Reporting - production of detailed finance and KPI reports on a monthly basis- Financial Projections - regular reforecasting of profitability and cashflow - Fundraising - provide finance support for all fundraising from family offices and high net worth individuals- Investor Relations - regular reporting to investors- Legal - main point of contact on all contractual matters including partner agreements.Key Achievements- Financial Reporting - complete redesign of the Chart of Accounts to drive out SaaS metrics reports- Revenue - increase in MRR of over 150%- Employee Benefits - designed and implemented an Employee Benefits programme (with some innovative elements!) which played a part in reducing employee attrition- Research & Development tax credits - production of tax reclaims netting multiple six figure reclaims.
