With a background in network engineering and a career spanning hands-on teaching, digital transformation, and strategic leadership, I work at the intersection of education, industry, and technology.Currently completing a PhD on gamification in vocational education, my work explores how we design engaging, practice-based learning that empowers learners and prepares them for real-world complexity.
