I am a Sales Development Representative at ZoomInfo, a leading B2B SaaS platform that provides comprehensive and accurate business data and intelligence. I am responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. I leverage my skills in inbound sales, customer engagement, and create value and drive revenue for ZoomInfo and its clients.Prior to joining ZoomInfo, I worked as a Sales Representative at Lucid Motors, a pioneer in electric automotive technology and design. I managed the full sales cycle for over 150 customers per month, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, and built strong customer pipeline and B2C relationships. I communicated effectively with prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions, and analyzed their needs and expectations of electric vehicle ownership. I also have experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues for mobile, tablet, game console, and computer devices, working as an Technician at uBreakiFix. I have an Associate\'s degree in General Studies from Erie Community College, and a B2B SaaS & Tech Sales certification from Tech Sales Mentors.
