I’m a Human Resources leader who believes the most successful organizations are built by investing in their people.Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to support organizations ranging from global retail operations to mission-driven nonprofits and corporate headquarters teams. My experience includes leading HR strategy for complex, multi-location workforces and partnering closely with executive leaders to build strong cultures, develop leaders, and support business growth.At The Home Depot, I supported a region of more than associates across 90+ locations in the United States and Caribbean, where I focused on leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and large-scale operational support. I also served as Division Disaster Captain, coordinating associate support and workforce continuity during hurricanes and other major emergencies.Later, as Vice President of People & Culture at Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, I helped modernize the HR function during a period of organizational recovery following a major hurricane. This included scaling the workforce, implementing Paycor HR systems, introducing AI-enabled recruiting tools, and launching the organization’s first associate engagement survey.Today at Chico’s FAS, I serve as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting corporate and field leadership during a period of organizational transformation following acquisition by the KnitWell Group.
