A little something about me: I grew up in a small town in Northern Pennsylvania where everyone knew everyone. My hometown was your typical blue collar small town America. There were 4 major employers and the economy was never booming. Growing up in a small town you had to be social and learn to listen to people. I would often hear about people being out of work. I think that environment set me on my path to wanting to help people find employment, which is why I enjoy my chosen profession. I have over 20 + years of hiring experience. My career continues to grow and I’m getting closer to my goal of building a world class Talent Acquisition organization. What separates me from other recruiters?
