Hi, Mark Skelly here. I wish every over-worked business owner understood that there is an easier way! I help business owners get their lives back. Being an expert in your service or product is what got you this far – helping you with the business side of things is what will get you the results you truly want.Having run my own businesses for the last 15 years and coached hundreds of successful business owners, I’ve become very well aware of the difficulties we all have in growing our businesses. I realised that there were 3 key problems we all experienced:1. We want to grow – but we’re already overwhelmed just keeping up2. We’re not making as much money as we should be 3. Our teams just don’t seem to be able to deliver what we need To solve these frustrations I coach and consult with owners of established businesses to:* Get real control over their business – and work less hours;* Build teams that truly deliver, and * Increase sales and profits (without focusing on marketing)I believe most business owners work too hard – for too little! And it doesn’t have to be that way.Most owner/managers get to a point in their business where things should be getting easier – but they’re not. They’re out of the start-up/sole-trader phase, but despite having a team to help them, their workload and pressure has gotten worse not better.As well as being hounded by customers, suppliers and pricing; they’re also constantly dealing with problems dumped on them by their team.
