About Mark Arnoldy

I\'m currently focused on building Asana\'s GTM vertical to support impact-focused organizations across the world.Prior to that, I was fortunate to lead our global Customer Success organization for two years - focusing on building new offices around the world, developing new functions like Customer Advocacy, and leading through our Sept. 2020 IPO. In my previous work, I used Asana from 20••••18 to build the global health nonprofit Possible as the founding CEO. Here\'s a blog on why I joined Asana after a career in the nonprofit world: https://blog.asana.com/2019/04/why-i-joined-asana-mark-arnoldy-customer-success/I enjoy working with leaders on how to implement Asana across their organization - particularly on how to get buy-in and use the tool to make sure your team is aligned from the high-level mission and objectives all the way down to individual tasks (what we call the Pyramid of Clarity - https://wavelength.asana.com/pyramid-clarity-strategic-alignment/).
