I deal with end to end process of communications and supporting in delivering sessions. Review and add them to the scheduled trackers. Class and course creation review. Supporting reporting tasks on weekly basis which deal with enrolments, completions and cancellations.Scheduling of the reports. Updating the trackers with all that is required and conveying them to the stakeholders.Review of the periodic reports period wise and ensuring that every class or session is delivered as the period ends.Updating the quality tracker to maintain quality of work and checks that we do.
