   I founded Halsted Resources to deliver strategic HR solutions for the alternative asset management industry, specializing in private equity and venture capital. We help firms attract, develop, and retain top-tier investment talent while building the people infrastructure needed to scale and create value.Through our HR outsourcing platform, I manage the full employee lifecycle for 283 employees across four client firms, including two middle-market PE firms and one VC firm. On the consulting side, I’ve led projects for six additional clients in executive and leadership coaching, HRIS migration, compensation strategy, and performance optimization.I partner closely with leadership to address critical challenges such as retention of junior investment professionals, designing targeted attraction strategies that have improved both quality and longevity of hires. I develop bespoke performance management frameworks with clear promotion criteria, aligning talent goals to firm strategy and fostering a culture of excellence.Our tailored onboarding and development programs immerse new hires in each firm’s investment philosophy, assess technical capabilities early, and close gaps before first deal staffing, driving high performance from day one. I’ve also guided firms through compensation restructuring to stay competitive amid pay transparency laws and market shifts, balancing competitive base pay with long-term incentives and carried interest.At Halsted, every HR initiative is built to strengthen talent strategy, improve performance, and position our clients for sustainable growth.
