Sourced, built out, integrated, and currently managing our new Learning Management System, MindTickle with a population of about users. Responsible for writing and development of the majority of our e-learning videos and accompanying documentation. Conducts and continuously evolves live training with customers several times a week, introducing clerks to our electronic bill payment system used by municipalities, utilities, and insurance companies throughout N.A. Liaises with the development team to add enhancements to both customer and payer portals. Develops and presents live monthly training and skill checks for internal employees designed to enhance their new product knowledge. Storyline Certified, fluid with Reprise, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Cornerstone, and MindTickle LMS.
