I recently joined Leapsome, where I’m working across the stack with an IC focus and focusing on our core HRIS features. Before that, I led teams at Ledgy (Sequoia) and Rasa (Accel, a16z), working mostly with TypeScript, React, and Node.js while helping teams scale and navigate change.I’m currently shipping core HRIS features including our new core Absence management and Payroll modules as we expand to the US, including aspects from our core salary calculations to our end user experience on the frontend.
