I’m delighted to be taking on the role of Baking Experience Lead at The Shoebox. This builds on the classes I have been running with Baking for Wellbeing as we have been approached by Norfolk County Council to run baking and cooking classes to support their adult education maths programme Multiply. There are other projects in the pipeline that will bring in funding to help support the work we do to allow people to lead fulfilling lives.
