Involved with Leasing and Development of the two million plus square feet of historic commercial space within the Presidio of San Francisco. Most recent projects include renovation and re-purposing of historic warehouse building that now serves as the residential and commercial real estate offices for the Presidio and the renovation and leasing of the historic and former Presidio Transit Center building 558 which now serves as a bank and US Post Office. Our next challenge will be the renovation and leasing of 4 former rail warehouse buildings totaling 41k square feet. Construction start date is scheduled for November 2017 with completion in late 2018.
