Responsible for the analysis of data across the organization and its corporate affiliates for all aspects of Financial and Business information.Guiding development of the infrastructure required for generating, analyzing, understanding and utilizing information.Includes development and creation of informational tools and reports that provide consumable data which can be used for strategic analysis, management and direction. Recent accomplishments include:• Developed a business analytics portal assembled from Epic and Lawson data to provide easy to use dashboard and reporting capabilities to the end user community without requiring the technical expertise of Epic Clarity and Lawson training.• Created a monthly view of Clinical and Physician productivity and capacity to assist analyzing scheduling patterns.• Created a new Financial Highlights report to be shared with leadership on a monthly basis. Looking to increase frequency of the report to daily as systems and processes are refined.• Provided oversight on departmental productivity measurement and reporting both with reporting and participation on our Labor Management Committee.• Produced a series of dashboards to be utilized by clinical operations to measure various service lines in terms of their particular units of service and productivity standards. • Established and lead a Metrics Council consisting of financial, operational, physician and leadership representation to facilitate both discussion and governance of measurement and reporting. • Provided leadership to the implementation and development of a Human Resources analytics portal.
