Primary Function: Responsible for the delivery of support services provided at the CNE operating units and facilities by ensuring the availability and appropriateness of facilities and other support services across the CNE system. Supports and facilitates a matrixed management approach, working collaboratively with hospital based and System based support department professionals to support department professionals to support the System’s goals to provide high quality integrated care to the community, creating a caring environment in which teamwork is valued and excellence in Support Services is promoted and achieved. Leads System facility needs assessment and planning activities and contributes to the development of short and long term capital forecasting and budgeting processes. Evaluates alternative service delivery models, making recommendations based on quality and financial parameters.
