Maintain reporting tools and system communications to ensue consistency and accuracy. Created religious accommodation process to streamline communications with client HR business partners during candidate onboarding. Updated offer letter templates, creating location-specific variants to comply with state and local laws. Created forecast tool using historical data to predict program staffing needs, ensuring sufficient staff to meet client KPIs.Increased automation of client and candidate email comms during the BG check process, ensuring consistency and saving approximately 2 hours of manual work per week.Implemented new outreach program for “silver medalist” candidates, increasing YoY silver medalist re-applications by 63% and hires by 54%, helping to drive a 16% improvement in time-to-fill.Assisted in roll-out of Assess-to-Hire pilot.
