I am a self-motivated individual that works hard to achieve the goals needed to safely complete each project. Because I am highly motivated, I can work independently outside of a group or within structured management hierarchy. I take each Project seriously and use as much knowledge and experience possible, to ensure that the goals of the Company and or Client are met. I will utilize the best possible resources available to bring each project in safely, on time, and under budget. I have been involved with large capital and turnaround projects with highly successful outcomes and have managed Maintenance, Turnaround and Capital projects to very successful conclusions. I understand the process of construction from concept to completion and startup. With the right attitude, goals can be achieved, and each job or project can be completed safely and productively, providing a quality product with the best possible result. I have been in the Industrial Construction Industry for forty-three years. My experience is in both Capital Expansion and Maintenance. Because of the time I have invested in this industry I am highly experienced in the field of maintenance repair, construction installation, shutdowns/turnarounds and outages. I have worked closely with Safety & QA/QC and am well versed in proper construction installation and repair practices. My experience is throughout the industrial sectors of Oil, Chemical, Petrochemical, Cogeneration, Pharmaceutical/Medical and Pulp & Paper.
