My liberal arts education has spilled into a liberal arts career, having worked management roles in Quality, Manufacturing, Project and Program Management. I have managed projects, navigated dynamic production challenges, and relocated productions lines and processes. My passion is growing a Leadership Development program I built which takes these management experiences (and the many lessons learned along the way) and marries them with tools and concepts that foster self leadership, leadership through traditional management, and the ingredients needed to build high performing teams and stronger cultures of connection. The work I love doing is helping others grow and succeed professionally but more importantly personally. My North Star is being humble, generous and always listening. I am dedicated to making the work fun, while always being honest and reflective. I work with an amazing team who has lived through some extreme challenges building a factory and product line in the midst of a pandemic, serving the pandemic. Being a part of the team that got the BinaxNOW Rapid COVID-19 tests out the door has been an incredible experience. It was a whale of a project, all completed under incredible pressures.
