I am a specialist in teaching European Union Law and Intellectual Property Law, but am also currently teaching Company Law, Legal System and Method and Legal Skills, and in the past have taught Business Law, Civil Liberties and Human Rights and Constitutional Law, as well as certain aspects of Computer Law. I am the department\'s NSS Co-ordinator and was part of a team which by adopting a synergistic strategy resulted in 94% overall student satisfaction with our flagship LLB degree (13th in England in Wales in 2016 and 98% in 2017 (3rd of 126 in the UK). I am the Law department\'s careers and employability advisor, obtaining a 20% increase in management and professional career destinations in 2016 through an innovative careers programme, and a 90% in Employment or Further Study in 2017. I also convene the Southampton City Law Network and have with students set up my Institutions first Law Clinic. I have also done much work on improving the student experience through events, activities and trips, thereby improving student sense of belonging, staff student relations and morale.
