Working for various clients pricing works across the Rail, water and environmental industry. Within the rail industry I have worked on the Asset Management framework for NWR, estimating and bid managing both Civils and buildings projectsacross the LNW and LNE regions. I have also been involved in pricing several projects for the LNE region of CP6 including, viaduct refurbishments and bridge reconstructions. I have also worked on and successfully tendered for several standalone projects such as North of England Platform Extension Programme, Merseyrail Platform upgrade works and EDF Princess Alexandra bridge refurbishment. I have estimated and/or bid managed Bridge reconstructions for Lancashire and Doncaster Council, NRW Wales Lot 2 and 3 Framework, Transpennine Route Upgrade, Howdon Maintenance Depot for Nexus, Luton Airport Parkway and Manchester Airport Group Civils Framework. Within the water industry I have operated as a civils estimator covering AMP7 schemes for United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, South East Water and Thames Water, pricing Sewage and wastewater treatment works upgrades. Within the environment industry I have worked for the client setting target costs for Tier 1 contractors. I have experience with the estimating software CostOS and Candy.
