Responsible for supporting the Head of Technology, COO and Management Teams to effectively manage operational risk, security risk, regulatory risk, internal and external audit in the Investment Bank Technology division• Chapter Lead of a team of 12 Tech Risk Specialists in the UK, US, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Poland• Supporting the AGILE @ UBS roll out and setting up the Risk Centre of Excellence, Risk Guild and Risk Chapters for the division.• To work closely with Business Risk Managers, DISO, CISO, Operational Risk Control, IT Security as well as with other division risk specialists• Maintain Audit and Control Schedules and publish to relevant areas and coordinate Audit requests and responses• Review and constantly optimize the Asset Management and the IT Operational Risk & Control Framework• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the Control Assessment Process and adherence to Enterprise Requirements including access, cyber, change. release, testing and vulnerability controls• Ensure that the IB Tech’s risk profile is actively managed through controls, remediation activities and policy implementation• Drive a positive risk culture across the IB Tech team• Monitor Operational Risk item and identify any new actions, agree remediation actions, responsibilities and schedules arising from the above. Track and report status, escalating proactively as appropriate• Chair the Monthly Risk Forum and attend the Emerging and Heightening Risk Forum for Group Tech• Proactively risk assess new initiatives to ensure they are compliant to policy and do not increase the risk profile for the business. • Manage IB Tech controls including Block Leave, Highly Privileged Users, End User Application• Work with the central Risk team to ensure compliance with the Operational Risk Framework• Central point of contact regarding Independent Management Testing, GIA, Regulators, Operational Risk and external audit
