Working on the Southern Fields Development Project at the new In Salah central process facility(CPF) with Petrofac as the EPC contractor. My duties are to inspect construction installations conform to set standards with quality of build and punchlisting. Attending Discipline Mechanical Completion walkdowns(DMC’s) and accepting certification dossiers for sub system handovers. After sub system handover witnessing of loop checking, C&E and commissioning procedures then dynamic operation checks with other disciplines. Reviewing of System Handover(SH) dossiers and close out of A punch items before sign off. Commissioning of all plant instrumentation including packages such as two Solar GTG’s, two Glycol Regeneration packages with Maxon BMS control, back to Yokogawa ICSS, ESD and F&G systems. Attending construction and commissioning progress meetings.
