With over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I am a Senior Managing Director and the Net Lease Group Leader at JLL, where I oversee the corporate capital markets and net lease transactions across the country. I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for my clients, closing more than $30 billion worth of deals in various sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and hospitality. I have extensive expertise in valuation, investment analysis, deal structuring, and market intelligence, as well as strong relationships with major investors, developers, and lenders. I joined JLL in 2019, after leading the CTL / Net Lease Practice Group at HFF for 17.5 years. I am passionate about providing innovative and tailored solutions for my clients, while creating value and opportunities for my team and the company. I am also committed to advancing the diversity and inclusion initiatives within the industry, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas.
