My practice consists of representing individuals, resorts and institutions in defense of lawsuits, in both Vermont and New York. I lead the firm’s New York practice group. I\'m also involved in transportation issues; and representing insurers and insureds in insurance coverage disputes; as well as commercial and real estate litigation, including foreclosures in New York State. My commercial litigation practice includes the representation of institutional lenders and other businesses in the workout of troubled debt and asset recovery and the representation of parties in intra- and inter-corporate litigation.
