Experienced Engineering Professional with 20+ years’ experience, 15+ years in the Oil and Gas Industry where I am currently a Project Engineering Manager, 5+ years. Accountable for the governance and management of all technical deliverables as related to the technical scopes of work for projects in FEED and/or Execute phases. Requires broad technical knowledge, people leadership and commercial acumen.Contract and specifications review, Scope of Work review, engineering plans, engineering resources, budgets/forecasting, risk management, internal and external reporting, management of change / variation orders, design reviews, Basis of Design, Master Equipment List and Master Document Register.Lead and manage a multi-discipline team of technical experts located globally, both direct and indirect reports. Disciplines include but not limited to; Systems Engineering, Flow Assurance, Process Safety (HAZID, HAZOP, P & IDs etc) Reliability (FMECA, RAM, etc), Technical Analysis (Thermal, Vibration, Fatigue Sensitivity), Materials, Welding, Quality, and Interface Management. Also includes the Lead Package Engineers for work packages/disciplines such as Wellheads, Tubing Hangers, Xmas Trees Systems including Intervention, Manifolds, Flowline Connectors, Flow Meters and Production Control Systems as well as associated installation tooling.
