Mark Weller joined Real Alloy\'s global legal department in 2016 bringing over 30 years of in-house corporate and commercial law experiences as a former U.S. based senior lawyer working for international companies where his legal practice included all facets of legal representation for his clients in North America and at times in South America also. Mark has many diverse skill sets in international supply agreements and joint ventures, commercial agreements of all kinds, merger and acquisition transactions, real estate and environmental law as well as legal compliance in many substantive areas.
