Mr. Webb is an accomplished federal healthcare executive and financial manager with more than 40 years experience in the Defense Health and Veterans Administration sector. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, business line management, federal program/project management, federal financial management, clinical/business process re-engineering, organizational transformation, business enterprise architecture, health information technology operations, and health system performance monitoring and reporting. Mr. Webb has led significant transformational efforts that include clinical process improvement, business process improvement and IM/IT development initiatives at the health facility, health system and enterprise level.
