Lead teams on procedure creation and implementation. Implement and promote a nuclear safety culture in accordance with INPO principles. Train and supervise QA personnel in QA implementation. Develop relationships with clients such as LANL, DOE, NRC, WIPP, NTS, and subcontractors to help identify emerging needs and trends. Issue, track, verify, and coordinate the close out of corrective actions as part of the corrective action and Non-Conformance Reporting program.
