ABOUT MARK WATTS
Since graduating in 2004 I have gained over 10 years of experience in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with Oxbury. I have been lucky enough to have worked on a significant range of new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial and healthcare ranging from £10m in value. My experience includes contributing to a number of exciting projects up and down East Anglia including the Project Management of 14 storey tower block refurbishment in Chelmsford, several new build offices and the first affordable housing scheme in the country to achieve the Code for Sustainable Level 6 Zero Carbon accreditation.In my time with Oxbury I have progressed from a Trainee to an Associate and I now manage a team of Project Surveyor\'s based in the firm\'s Cambridge Office.
