As Senior Manager, Security Design EMEA, I\'m the regional lead for all matters regarding the Security Design (Physical and Technical) and Safety for new hotels and Property Improvement Projects (PIPs), renovations and adaptive reuse projects. Provide SME advice, guidance and expertise to key senior internal (including Area VPs, GMs, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (Owners and their teams) on the implementation of Marriott International’s Safety and Security Design Standards, for each project lifecycle, aligning them to Global Safety & Security’s (GS & S) Threat Condition Program. Responsible for Security Design during each project lifecycle (design, construction and pre-opening phases), working with GS & S Ops during the pre-opening phase, prior to handing over the project to GS & S Ops Team post opening. As the \"gatekeeper\" of Security Design Standards for EMEA, work with EMEA Global Design Project Managers and Hotel Management to minimise controllable losses and maintain a consistent \"Duty of Care\" to guests and staff.
