ABOUT MARK WARREN
Mark is an experienced finance, operations and consulting professional and Director, with a track record of working at Board and ExCom level to innovatively drive rapid growth and high performance. His focus has been managing financial and operational decision making and reporting, developing strategy and communicating results, particularly within organisations going through transformational growth and change or delivering major projects.He is currently CFO/COO and Board member of Gate One, a successful and rapidly growing international management consultancy. He is responsible for finance, IT, pricing, business planning, company reporting, quality and risk management, and historically, marketing, HR and the company incubator programme. He jointly worked with the Managing Partner to oversee the acquisition by Havas and oversaw the back-office migration and integration and value realisation. In prior roles, he was a Divisional Strategy and Finance Director, working within a Private Equity environment, responsible for all aspects of finance, strategy, pricing, IT and change, delivering a return to profitability.On the £15bn Crossrail project, as direct support to the CFO, and in multiple consulting assignments, Mark delivered significant improvements in performance, performance management, programme controls and business planning. He was until recently Chair of the Governing Board at his local primary school, and is an active angel investor including two businesses that successfully raised funds on Dragons Den
