ABOUT MARK WARING
I am a hard working and reliable business graduate from the University of Northampton. I am interested in all aspects of business and following my studies I am keen to experience a wide variety of roles and responsibilities in as many areas as possible.As part of my sandwich degree, I spent a placement year with Carlsberg UK. In my role as Change Coordinator, I was positioned in the Learning and Development department where I had a broad and challenging scope of managing daily activities and driving continuous improvement in the business. During my final year I then spent an internship with KierWSP as a project coordinator. Outside of work, my main hobbies and interests lie in sport and outdoor activities. I am attracted by the teamwork, competitive nature and social benefits that come from playing sport as well as the health and wellbeing from physically activity. I have a keen interest in Lean management and manufacturing and would like to build a career in the discipline. I am currently working as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator for Greencore in Northampton. I would be delighted to discuss any opportunities to further my professional development.
