Requested to help project team in Jackson Wyoming manage a luxury townhome complex. Construction consisted of a difficult hybrid - concrete, steel and wood frame design. Completed my obligations after about 5 months on site, transferred to Children\'s Hospital project in Colorado Springs Colorado. Responsibilities included managing elevator installation as well as all facets of construction on floors 3-5. Created schedules and coordinated sub-contractors as needed to complete construction on time, under budget and to exacting standards. Previous to completion of the Children\'s Hospital project a plan was implemented with GE Johnson executives and upper management to re-open a Metals Department for the company. I provided a business plan for the new department, and it was accepted as presented. Shortly after the completion of the Children\'s Hospital project, the new Metals Department was established and has been operating successfully for 3 years and 6 months. The Metals Department has been instrumental in providing products, labor and guidance for more than 300 company projects.
