I am the Executive Director of Faith Forward, an organization that is equipping people to live and lead like Jesus in the workplace.I’ve been fortunate in my career to experience numerous corporate cultures, climb the ladder, participate and sit in board rooms, and engage with business leaders of all levels. How I presented myself and acted in those environments, however, changed drastically after finding my identity in Christ. Faith Forward equips through our flagship annual conference, quarterly featured in-person leader events, and through curated groups of professional peers of similar levels that allow workers to build a Christian community, be supported in their work, and grow: personally, professionally, and spiritually.
