For the last 2 years I have been working in a Solutions Architect role on the Royal Mail account, most recently as the lead Solution Architect structuring a RFP response approach, authoring formal responses and attending client/vendor meetings then on re-factoring one of its top applications, integral to its delivery network and planning capabilities. This was particularly challenging as it is in fact multiple applications with a diverse technology set and has specialist geo-spatial mapping functionality at its core.Prior to this I was an architect on the National Programme for IT (NPfIT) in the NHS. I was responsible for the solution approach, governance, design, development and deployment of a number of healthcare applications.I have also worked in a number of other fields including a $100+ million performance engineering project in Copenhagen.NET Development Team Lead Lead Developer for RMG creating multiple applications including a docketing system that had revenue throughput of over £100m a year
