These programs are designed to help youth develop new skills, foster creativity, and build self-esteem and confidence.The All Stars Project of Chicago is a local branch of The All Stars Project (ASP), a national non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people, especially those from underserved communities, through participation in developmental and performance-based programs. Like other branches of the ASP, the Chicago chapter provides various programs for youth, including the Development School for Youth, where young people participate in workshops and internships with corporate partners, and the All Stars Talent Show Network, where young people can showcase their talents and skills in a supportive and positive environment.The goal of the All Stars Project of Chicago, as with other ASP affiliates, is to use innovative, outside-of-the-box approaches to engage young people and provide them with opportunities to grow, learn, and lead in their communities. Through these efforts, the ASP aims to challenge and change the traditional ways of engaging with inner-city youth and bring about positive change in their lives.
