As the Community Outreach Manager at AMSA Charter School, I have over five years of experience in developing and managing strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and corporate partners. I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, which enables me to handle complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity. I am passionate about enhancing student social and emotional growth, college and career readiness, and civic responsibility. I have created the city-wide Marlborough STEM Council, which brings together all the schools for a common goal. I have also been selected to speak at several national and regional conferences on topics related to community service, school culture, and STEM education. I have received the first Ann Scott Community Service Award for the city of Marlborough in recognition of my outstanding contributions to the community.

New England League of Middle Schools (NELMS) Annual Conference (March 2023)-\"Community Outreach for Middle Schoolers\" 4.
