Direct and guide system and component engineering of Modular closure systems including business pursuit activities, product development, test and validation of Integrated Door Modules, Window Regulators, Door Handles and Misc. Door Hardware and components. Conduct design reviews and participate in PDT’s. Manage supplier / customer interface with respect to Product Engineering. I am responsible for budget, resource planning and staffing, hiring, mentoring and performance appraisals. My team consists of 21 Product, Design and Engineering Analysis Engineers located in three technical centers globally.
