Collaborated with District Directors daily to ensure audits were meeting company and state compliance and stores were meeting or exceeding company performance goals. Provide daily store analysis, leadership, training and development to District Directors and General Managers by leading people, inspecting processes and improving performance. Lead for the hiring, development and advancement of General Managers, Store Managers and Customer Service Representatives. Enterprise Rent-A-Car April 1995 to August 2013 Group Rental Manager: Established a record of effective market development and management as a Group Rental Manager for the world’s largest rental car company. Provide operations analysis, leadership, training and consulting to Area Managers and store managers in a 34 store region which grosses $45 MM annually: control all aspects of business, including operations, sales, marketing, fleet management, human resources, customer relations and budgeting. Directed Region-level recruitment, hiring and training of Area Managers, Branch Management, Manager Trainees and part-time personnel with responsibility for 175+ employees.
