I have trained on SAP in Chicago, IL at corporate headquarters of an employer for weeks in working and developing the quality component for SAP.Technically experienced in copper smelting from concentrate and the control of all inputs and outputs, environmental regulations pertaining to this, steel pipe making, including HFW/HSR pipe making, Heat treatment and Cold Drawing of pipe for mechanical applications in automotive and mining. Extensive experience in customer service on quality matters, and in fostering good relationsExperienced in participating in ISO/API certification, surveillance and re-registration audits as well as all customer audits. Experienced in conducting outside processor audits to relevant standards. Extensive knowledge of pipe specifications such as API Q1, 5CT, 5L, 5B and various ASTM specifications. Experienced in developing and implementing standard operating procedures/ work instructions (SOP\'s and WI\'s) and all such related matters as part of document control requirements in many standards. I have a wide and comprehensive knowledge base of Microsoft based applications, and the utilization of these to meet real business needs.

Smelter Metallurgist II Work with the copper smelting process from a metallurgical perspective Work with the integrated process of product realization, including extraction of sulphuric acid from sulfur dioxide generated in the smelting process, refining smelted copper through the conversion process, and producing finished anode sections of anode-grade copper. Assist in Metallurgical study, development, testing and analyses of designs, processes, or procedures Report on Metallurgical or process issues and make recommendation to Chief Metallurgist on how to resolve/correct the issues Review and recommend new or enhanced Metallurgical testing equipment or protocols Contribute to the improvement of Metallurgical process Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment Provide guidance and counsel to the site management team on applicable programs, practices and existing/proposed local, State and Federal regulations Maintain current working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local regulations
