Following the success of AB Resources, Chris Halvorson and I launched a new oil and gas E&P company - Pin Oak Energy Partners LLC. Pin Oak Energy is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development and production of conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets in the Appalachian Basin. Pin Oak\'s leadership team is committed to seeking out and closing on business opportunities with outstanding risk adjusted rates of return. Visit us at Pin Oak Energy\'s mission is two-fold. First, is to create value for our stakeholders, landowners, partners, employees and the communities within which we work and operate. Pin Oak does this by utilizing best-in-class techniques to identify and pursue those assets that will provide Pin Oak with outstanding rates of return.
