ABOUT MARK CHARLIE VALENTINE

I am co-founder and host the ‘White Fox Talking’ podcast. Established in spring 2022, the podcast discusses wide ranging topics related to mental health/well-being, with guests providing information or/and inspiration.Drawing on my own experience of navigating living with PTSD & Depression, I hope to help others struggling with their mental health.I have been a guest on a number of podcasts and discussion panels. When public speaking I have spoken openly about my story of living/coping with the many symptoms, battling stigmatisation & discrimination to finding ‘therapy’ in nature.December 2024 I qualified as Nature Therapy Practitioner, and am registered with the Complimentary Medicine Association.I also hold International & Winter Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing & Climbing Wall Development Instructor and Foundation Climbing Coach Awards. These were gaining on the Mountain Training award pathway.In addition to these I have been Course Director of the Mountain Leader Award scheme on many occasions.My passion is to promote improved physical and mental wellbeing through time spent in the outdoor environments and developing a nature connection.I am company director of Your Mountain Adventure Ltd, through which I have provided outdoor challenge event leadership, skills tuition, experiences and adventures to many. The business has now developed to include Full Circle Nature Therapy, which provides nature connection/forest bathing sessions & walks and also the Attain Outdoor Community. Attain intends to offer tuition and leadership at ground roots level, on land and water.Watch this space!
