With over 30 years in my career with Cavendish Farms, I can honestly look back and have no regrets for the roads I have taken. Made lots of mistakes along the way but those mistakes keep you humble and are a way to ground you and make you realize that you’re not in control. My current role as Vice President Agriculture allows me to work with the best - folks in Raw Procurement, Plant Breeding and Research, and our Farming divisions. I am honored to work with such a great group of teammates and we are proud of our success over the years. The recipe for success is to hire the best people, surround yourself with brilliance, have high integrity and stay humble. When you love your job, you never work another day in your life!
