My team is responsible for ensuring the business can perform their jobs in the back office systems at Traeger. As company and business unit initiatives arise, my team ensures that the back office technologies are modified or improved to accomplish those initiatives. Collaboration with the business stakeholders is the way we ensure we are working on the right priorities. Technology used by our business teams that we support include: Epicor 10 ERP (financial and supply chain modules), credit card processor (PayPal Payflowpro), tax calculation (Avalara), and more. When new initiatives are proposed, we design the systems and processes to accomplish the new initiative through the project process: concept design, business requirements gathering, technical design, and then either configure the system or work with development to complete the work.
