As Director of Operations I am responsible for the day to day running of the Opcare operations to ensure that we achieve our strategic goals and KPIs, and operate within financial budgets & targets. The role has responsibility for leading all of our centres/services across the UK (around 40) and the structure includes around 400 employees covering clinical, technical, administration and management roles in our prosthetic, orthotic and wheelchair services. Opcare is part of The Ability Matters Group, which is is an international group of companies whose principal activity is to supply products and services that enhance the lives of those who require devices to improve their mobility and accessibility.
